Ait Benhaddou kASBAH is an interesting day trip from Marrakech at 7 am  crossing  the High Atlas Mountains reaching the highest pass road in the country 2260 m you will take the less busy road of Ounila valley to get to Telouat where you will visit a private fortified house, that marked the history of morocco, afterwards you will keep driving along to Ounila Valley to  Ait Benhaddou village, where you will have lunch and visit  the UNESCO  world heritage site classified since 1987 . A few families are still living in the village , along the way you will admire the Berber villages  and the architicture in the mountains of High Atlas.It is also possible to have an optional CAMEL ride the jouney ends and drive back via Tichka road again to get To Marrakech.
