Ouzoud’s Waterfalls-height is about 110 m (Ouzoud in Berber dialectic means Olive ) This waterfall is among the highest and most beautiful ones in the country .
Ouzoud waterfall classified as one of the “natural wonders” of Morocco. Approximately 330 feet high, the cascade is northeast of Marrakech about 150km.

The cascade is also “off-off” the beaten path. But the journey there is well worth the effort. Journey down the well constructed path through olive trees to the bottom of the gorge and look up as the water cascades over the edge far above you.
Day trip to Ouzoud water-falls
Morocco Today Tours guide and driver will pick you from your hotel at 7 or 8 am depending on the season and start the journey driving through olive groves to Atlas mountains. It will take 2 hours to get the Ouzoud falls, walk from the top to the bottom of the valley, olive , fig , carob trees if you are lucky you come across mokeys climbing u the trees. You could jump to a small boat to get colse to the water-falls. After lunch at one of the restaurant with a view facing the falls time for souvenirs and head back to Marrakech.
